Our company provides service for sorting of PCB on cosmetic defects and functional defects. Cosmetic defects range from scratches, discoloration and surface dent. Functional defects range from short circuit, damage on pad and expose copper.
The result will be verified and solution to rework will be consented. Rework can be drilling of under size hole, baking due to delamination and also re-packing of product. We will comply with the customer on the best solution to rework.
